YSRCP celebrates third Formation Day: Promises Rajanna Rajyam

Vijayamma says her son will implement all the welfare schemes that were introduced by YSR if he is voted to power in the ensuing elections.

Hyderabad: YSR Congress Party honorary president YS Vijayamma on Wednesday said that party president YS Jaganmohan Reddy, being a true heir to former Chief Minister YS Rajasekhara Reddy, would bring ‘Rajanna Rajyam’ if the party was voted to power in the election. Participating in the party’s third Formation Day celebrations at the central office here, she said Jagan would implement all the welfare schemes that were introduced by YSR which had benefited the farmers, students, women, weaker sections, minorities and others.

She said Jagan had the vision of YSR who treated all regions equally and had the welfare of people of all regions on top of his mind. “Those schemes were put on the backburner by the Congress as it has placed its personal gains above people’s welfare and the TDP has been a party to every decision of the Congress,” she added. She said her party crossed many hurdles in the last three years and succeeded in winning the hearts of Telugu people. The YSR party had opposed whenever the Congress took anti-people decisions, Vijayamma said, adding that immoral politics of Congress-BJP-TDP succeeded in bifurcating the State but it could not divide the Telugu speaking people.
