Conflagration at tyres shop in Vijayawada

Hyderabad: On Tuesday midnight, fire accident took place inside an old tyres shop in Vijayawada. The fire rescue team at once reached the spot and strived hard for more than three hours to put out the fire. In this accident, all the tyres which were available in the shop at the time of accident have been burnt to ash. The local people were terrified with the midnight blaze. An estimated loss of Rs 20L property has been assessed by the officials concerned. The primary evidences show that this mishap was due to an electric short circuit. A case has been booked and investigations are on.

The number of fire accidents happening in and around the state has been on a raise nowadays. The investigation reports reveals the fact that most number of fire accidents has been happening due to the electric short circuits, which would otherwise have been surely prevented. Going deep into the matter, electric short circuits are caused due to the poor insulation of the inner and outer cables. “Compromise makes a better umbrella, but a poor roof” becomes most suitable in this case. If quality aspects are compromised they have an adverse effect. The increased number of fire accidents is the best example for this very fact.
