Gannavaram: Inspector’s Car Gutted in Fire. The car belonging to Rambabu, the Circle Inspector of Police at Ganavaram in Krishna district was gutted in fire. It was destroyed by few unknown miscreants on Friday at about 3 a.m.

It was destroyed by few unknown miscreants on Friday at about 3 a.m. The car was set ablaze by the reprobates by using Kerosene. The car burnt into ash within no time. When a passerby on the road saw that the car was burning, he alerted the Control room at Vijayawada who in turn informed the fire rescue team. They rushed the spot and put off the fire. The police booked a case and have been investigating the matter. More details are awaited.
