Basnt Kumar, the Joint secretary of ESL Narsimhan, the common governor of both Andhra Pradesh and Telangana, sustained stern injuries in a road mishap that took place early on Wednesday near Narketpally in Nalgonda district on Hyderabad-Vijayawada National Highway.
