Botsa comments on AP capital Vijayawada

Former PCC Chief and Congress leader Botsa Satyanarayana visited East Godavari district on Saturday. He offered his opinion on Vijayawada as Capital of Andhra Pradesh. He said that the decision on making Vijayawada as Capital can be acceptable, but said the announcement should have come post discussion rather than making it known this way.

Botsa agreed with YSRCP’s argument on discussing the capital issue in the Assembly.

However, he rejected the Sivaramakrishnan report on the Capital city. He condemned the committee’s survey saying it did with no experience, said Botsa.
