Hyderabad: The minister sub-committee announced that 1lakh acres are necessary for the capital construction. The report stated that the land collection and division will be done with in 6months and the capital construction will take another 6 months. Sub-committee president Minister P.Narayana stated that the capital includes Secretariat, High Court, and important Government office headquarters. “Previously while collecting land for Chhattisgarh capital 1100 square feet was given per acre which include1000 residential and 100 commercial square feet were allotted. We will study new Raipur and Ahmadabad scenarios more and decide on the land share allocation “.



“We are looking forward to construct the new capital with high end technology. Till now the land segregation is done by 4 methods. We will be following the Land pulling strategy. We will collect 25000 acres in the first phase and 25000 more in the next phase. The land will be collected from Guntur, Tenali, Vijayawada and Mangalagiri.” Said Communication minister Palle Raghunath Reddy.

“The land will be collected in the favor of the farmers, we will ‘Land Pull’ by ‘Win-Win’ strategy. We will build a most beautiful capital in the entire nation. We will take the support of the farmers to achieve this feat,” said Pathipati Pullarao.
