Rajahmundry: A cook of a private college, Satish, of Mallayyapet here allegedly murdered his girlfriend Rani on Tuesday after she insisted that he marry her. The ghastly incident came to light after he left the house. The victim was found dead on a bed. The police said they had arrested Satish. He had been living for the last six months in a house and brought in Rani recently. The couple had been live-in partners, stating that they would soon marry, house-owner Addala Satyanarayana told The Hans India.
