TGV Wants Winter Capital in Rayalaseema. Former Congress Minister and Rayalaseema business leader T G Venkatesh thinks so. He says that in all fairness there should be a winter capital in Rayalaseema and summer capital in north coastal Andhra districts.

Former Congress Minister and Rayalaseema business leader T G Venkatesh thinks so. He says that in all fairness there should be a winter capital in Rayalaseema and summer capital in north coastal Andhra districts.
"Centralizing all development activity in coastal Andhra alone would lead to another agitation for separate state," he said in Vijayawada today. He is one of the Rayalaseema leaders who are eager to launch an agitation for separate statehood for Rayalaseema.
No doubt, there is lot of heartburn in the Rayalaseema and north coastal Andhra leadership given that all development and infrastructure projects being centered around either Vijayawada or Nellore as BJP leader Venkaiah Naidu hailed from Nellore and Chandrababu Naidu was keen to develop region in Central coastal Andhra.
