Union Minister Sujana Chowdhary and money bag of TDP makes one to think that way. What he says is that whenever TRS is given formal entry into NDA, it would be after consultation and consent of TDP chief. The thought itself is very offending to the TRS.
But what Sujana Chowdhary failed to reveal is that he was hardly in the kitchen cabinet of TDP, though Chandrababu fought tooth and nail to get him into the Union cabinet in view of his huge contributions to the party during the dry days of TDP (ten years of Opposition).
Every one knows that once Nara Lokesh started taking interest in the party affairs, the YS Chowdhary team in party has eclipsed. Earlier Sujana Chowdhary placed his nephew T Srinivas as henchmen (IT chief) in the party at NTR bhavan. Now, Lokesh saw to it that the team which worked as a parallel to that of the TDP network is disbanded. T Srinivas has been reduced to taking charge of funding and management of the Maha TV since then.
Sujana Chowdary asserted that the TDP will be taken into confidence if any party wishes to join the NDA Government as it was already part of the coalition. "If any party is open to join the coalition, the TDP will be consulted by the NDA and then the party leadership would make its stance clear," he said, while reacting on the TRS-BJP alliance reports.
Sources in TDP say that during the recent visit of Chandrababu to Delhi and meeting with Prime Minister Narendra Modi and others, the issue of TRS had surfaced. Chandrababu had said he has no objection if that would reduce the ‘hostility of Telangana' towards the AP government. In fact Naidu wants it so that he could claim that TDP in Telangana had worked for getting more funds and institutions to Telagnana also.
