The High Court ordered the Chandrababu Naidu government not to disturb the normal life of farmers and to create hurdles for the farmers by forcing them to donate their lands for the purpose of the Capital.
Over 200 famers approached the High Court to exempt them from donating their lands for the formation of the AP Capital and Advocate Ponnavollu Sudhakar Reddy fought on behalf of farmers who explained the Court that they were made to sign 9.2 from forcibly to part with their lands.
