The judgement was announced by the CBI court magistrate B V L N Chaktravarty along with sentence for nine others including two other brothers of Ramalinga Raju. Ramalinga Raju engaged in a financial embezzlement of Rs.7100 crore and causing a huge loss of Rs.140000 crore for the stake holders in the scam.
