He further threatened that if the state government fails to resolve the issue within four days, YSRCP would call for state-wide bandh.


This statement of Jagan has come in for sharp criticism from political circles who feel that the leader of opposition was making wrong moves at wrong time. When the High Court itself has asked the striking employees to call off the strike by Wednesday morning, Jagan’s statement gives an impression that he was not concerned about the problems being faced by the common man and students.


Secondly, the talks between the union representatives and both the governments were on and there was possibility of Telangana government announcing 40 per cent fitment.
