Terming it unconstitutional, Asaduddin Owaisi said that the law and order of Hyderabad can’t be granted to the Governor. The MIM Chief asked Chandrababu not to make obnoxious demands and question the AP Chief Minister whether he would allow the law and order powers in AP to be granted to the Governor.
