YSRC to lodge complaint against illegal irrigation projects

With the YSRCP president YS Jagan Mohan Reddy informing the Centre that the Chief Ministers of AP and Telangana – Chandrababu Naidu and K Chandrasekhar Rao have been constructing projects only to compete with each other, major protests are said to be organized.

The protests will be organized against the illegal irrigation projects coming up in AP and TS without the approval of the Centre.

YS Jagan has lodged a complaint with the Union Water Resources Minister Uma Bharat and complained to Centre that the TRS government has violated the AP Reorganisation Act by laying the foundation to the Palamuru-Ranga Reddy lift irrigation project which in turn would harm the interests of people living in Prakasam, Rayalaseema and Nellore districts.
