Rahul flays Centre
AICC Vice-President Rahul Gandhi has accused the BJP-led NDA government of deliberately delaying the Special Status for Andhra Pradesh. Speaking to media persons in New Delhi on Monday, Rahul Gandhi said the previous Congress-led UPA government had promised Special Status to AP at the time of bifurcation. He said it was the responsibility of the Centre to implement the AP Reorganisation Act.
