AP Capital dilemma over land acquisition of village habitations
With the land acquisition for AP Capital construction facing protest, AP Municipal Minister Narayana said that five villages have been issued notifications for the land acquirement in the first phase and the other notifications will be issued phase-wise.

Stating that the Opposition parties are politicizing the issue unnecessarily, the Minister said that they will request the farmers to give up their lands voluntarily and also that village habitations will not be removed in the process.
AP Government will be issuing the land acquisition notifications after identifying and finalizing the village habitations within the capital city region. So far, the villages - Koragallu, Krishanayapalem, Navuluru-1 and Navuluru-2 have been issued notifications for land acquisition.
