As many as 13 women were stuck with needles in several regions under Palacole, Veeravasaram, Penugonda, Undi and Anantapalli police station limits and they were admitted to the hospital after complaining of dizziness and nausea.
Unconfirmed reports say that the miscreant is using his HIV-infected blood in the needles. The police have launched a massive manhunt to nab the culprit and also announced a reward of Rs 50,000 to anyone who gives information about him.
On Friday,the police released an imaginary picture of the miscreant.The police has set up 40 special teams, 14 check-posts constituted to nab him.
