Farmers who are refusing to part with their lands for the development of the AP Capital City - Amaravati will have to give their lands as the land acquisition act would be invoked by the Government, said Guntur Joint Collector Sridhar on Saturday.
The Joint Collector interacting with the farmers who are denying to give their lands and also staging protest against land acquisition for AP Capital made the statement and explained the benefits the farmers would have after the capital city development. The AP government already has collected 33,000 acres of land through the land pooling process for Amaravati.
