Vijayawada: CPM capital region committee convener Ch Babu Rao here on Friday demanded that Chief Minister N Chandrababu Naidu release a white paper on the employment opportunities in the proposed capital region Amaravati.
Addressing a press conference, Babu Rao flayed that the State government has completely failed to provide proper training and employment for the engineering graduates under CRDA. The officials claimed that about 126 candidates were given training at ANU and Gurukul at Srikakulam district.
A few days ago, majority of the candidates staged a dharna at the CRDA office, Thulluru against the poor training provided at the centres. He accused the Chief Minister of taking U turn over his promise of providing employment in CRDA soon after the completion of land acquisition from the farmers. At least now, the Chief Minister should stop hoodwinking the people with his false promises and provide employment for the engineering graduates, he demanded.
