Bhimavaram:. A five-day training programme on “ENSYS” design analysis software concluded at the mechanical engineering wing at Sri Vishnu Engineering College for Women at Bhimavaram on Friday. The training programme was conducted for lecturers with Techquip-2 funds

Sunil Mohan, head, Technology Training and Research Centre (TTRC), Hyderabad and design engineers Shyam Kumar and Rajendra were the chief guests at the training programme.

The eminent speakers explained about mechanical engineering spare parts, machinery parts and preparation. The software will reduce the cost to prepare mechanical engineering designs, they said.

The ENSYS software will analyse the structure, thermal and harmonic issues easily, they said, adding that that ENSYS software will be useful in aerospace and automotive fields. Lecturers and students from various engineering colleges in the State participated in the training programme. College principal G Srinivasa Rao, vice-principal P Srinivasa Raju, coordinators K Ashok Kumar and B N Malleswara Rao participated in the training programme.
