Giddalur (Prakasam): A farmer died of electric shock at Ramapuram village in Racherla mandal on Saturday.
According to locals, Annapareddy Basireddy (38) was electrocuted when he accidentally came in contact with a live wire while switching on the motor pumpset in his agricultural fields. He is survived by wife and two children. A case was registered.
