The BJP celebrated 153rd birth anniversary of Swami Vivekananda on Tuesday as part of the National Youth Day in Srikakulam.
Speaking on the occasion, Venugopalam appealed to the youth to follow Vivekananda’s teachings.
The party leaders paid rich tributes to Swami Vivekananda by garlanding his statue at Suryamahal Junction here.
BJP leaders S Umamaheswari, S Nageswara Rao, Ch Venkateswara Rao, K Eswaramma recalled Vivekananda’s services to the nation.
