In the wake of Mudragada Padmanabhan's hunger strike that the Kapu leader has taken up demanding the Kapus inclusion in the BC category, Raghuveera Reddy said that TDP-BJP came to power with the promise of including Kapus in BCs but have delayed it for 18 months. The APCC Chief further expressed displeasure that the government failed to act immediately on the issue.
