Kotappakonda to be developed into tourist spot, says Kodela

Amaravati: Assembly Speaker Dr Kodela Siva Prasada Rao on Monday said that Kotappakonda would be developed into a major tourist spot in the state within four years. He had darshan Lord Trikoteswara Swamy on the hill shrine Kotappakonda on the occasion of Maha Sivaratri and performed pujas with his family members.

Speaking on the occasion, he said that the government had taken steps to set up a eco-park and reminded that the Chief Minister, N Chandrababu Naidu, laid foundation stones to take up development works at a cost of Rs 20 crore. Once these works were completed, the place would attract more tourists, he added.
