Vijayawada: Potluri Supreetha of Sri Viswabharathi Vidyanikethan won a bronze medal in the Asian youth chess championship that concluded recently at Mongolia.
The school management has conducted a programme on Monday on the school premises to felicitate Supreetha for her achievement. Speaking to the media, School Correspondent AV Ranga Rao reminded that Supreetha also won gold medal in the Asian School Games in 2012 and silver medal in second Asian title at Mashhad (Iran). He, along with other faculty members congratulated Supreetha and asked her to bring laurels to the city and country at international tournaments.
