Saptagiri Grameena Bank disburses 10 crore loans to beneficiaries
The Saptagiri Grameena Bank (SGB) on Thursday conducted loan awareness programme with the participation of Sub-Collector Himanshu Shukla as the chief guest. The Sub-Collector exhorted the middle-class people to make use of the loan facility offered by the SGB for the overall development of society.

The Sub-Collector exhorted the middle-class people to make use of the loan facility offered by the SGB for the overall development of society.
SGB Chairman Suribabu said the bank has been extending loans on a par with other commercial banks like home loans, trade loans, and vehicle loans. He said that the SGB was positioned as the number one among the regional rural banks in the country. With a branch network of 118, the bank has been handling 50 percent of the business generated in the district.
The bank disbursed Rs 10 crore worth of loans among beneficiaries through the Sub-Collector. The bank’s Regional Manager N Manikyam Shetty, Chief Manager M Jayaram Naik and others took part in the loan disbursement programme.
