AP Chamber to send delegates to Taiwan Food Expo

Vijayawada: The Andhra Pradesh Chambers of Commerce and Industry Federation will be sending a team of delegates to Taiwan for its
2016 Food Expo, to be held at Taipei World Trade Center from June 21 to 25.

While confirming the news, Chamber President M Murali Krishna said that 30 delegates from the state would participate and interact with
the industry experts there. This food expo will be an important event on food and beverage, food processing industries and food topics.
Delegates would also visit the World Vegetable Center to understand innovative processing methods, modern agriculture practices, post
harvesting management and safe production practices, he added.

Entrepreneurs can interact with the experts and traders of food industry and learn modern technology there which will later help them to
open food parks in the state. He recalled that the government had already declared the industrial policy in which food parks play a key
role.

Interested entrepreneurs have been asked to register their names to be part of the delegation.
