SP seeks fee concession bfor children of police
During a press meet held at Ved Vyas Auditorium, the SP urged educational institutions to extend fee discount for children of policemen. He directed them to bring to the notice of police if any untoward incidents take place in and around their schools/colleges.
Kurnool: The Superintendent of Police (SP) Ake Ravi Krishna urged the managements of educational institutions on Wednesday to provide fee concession for children of police personnel. He asked them to give more attention to police wards as most of the time they will be busy with bandobast duties.
During a press meet held at Ved Vyas Auditorium, the SP urged educational institutions to extend fee discount for children of policemen. He directed them to bring to the notice of police if any untoward incidents take place in and around their schools/colleges.
On the occasion, Ravi Krishna gave a call to educational institutions to create awareness among students on organ and blood donation.
The SP said it is the responsibility of the managements to keep buses in good condition and appoint driver with valid license and fitness certificate. He informed women to inform police if they found any auto plying without top number.
“Women or girls boarded an auto should send its number to parents, friends and relatives through WhatsApp or some other kind of App,” he added.
