Rajamahendravaram: Justice CY Somayajulu One-member Commission, which was constituted by the government on the stampede that took place on June 14, 2015 during Godavari Pushkaralu, has conducted inquiry at R&B Guesthouse here on Tuesday. The Commission asked the petitioners to produce video clippings and evidences on June 21.
The Commission would decide on whether to send summons to the district officials after re-examining the evidences. The Commission has adjourned the inquiry to June 21.
Former MP Vundavalli Arun Kumar, AP Bar Council president Muppalla Subba Rao, CPI town president Nalla Rama Rao and CPI town secretary T Arun were present on the occasion.
