​Visakhapatnam: East Coast Railway will run special trains to clear rush of passengers bund for car festival at Puri being held from July 6.
A statement released by the authorities here on Saturday said Train No. 08907 Visakhapatnam-Puri special will leave Visakhapatnam on July 5 at 1.20 pm and reach Puri the next day at 1.40 am (early hours of July 6). The train will have 16 general second class coaches and two sitting coaches.
In the return direction, the train will leave Puri at 3 am of July 7 and will reach Visakhapatnam on the same day at 11.30am.
For the return from car festival, the special train will leave Visakhapatnam on July 13 at 1:20 am and will reach Puri on the next day at 1.40 am (early hours of July 14). The return train will leave Puri on July 14 at 4:30 pm and will arrive in Visakhapatnam on the next day at 02.30 am (early hours of July 15).
Another special train will leave Visakhapatnam on July 15 at 6.30 am and reach Puri on the same day at 5: 30 pm. The train will return same day and leave Puri at 11:30 pm and reach Visakhapatnam on the next day at 11.30 am.
