Make use of govt health schemes urges: Palle Raghunatha Reddy
Inaugurating the free eye camp at the Kasturba Gandhi Government High School premises here on Saturday, the Minister stated that eye is a crucial organ of all the organs of the body.
Anantapur: IT and Information Minister Palle Raghunatha Reddy has hailed the Talanki Charitable Trust for organising a free eye camp for school children on the occasion of the Talanki Krishna Murthy’s 81st birthday celebrations.
Inaugurating the free eye camp at the Kasturba Gandhi Government High School premises here on Saturday, the Minister stated that eye is a crucial organ of all the organs of the body.
He said that the act of the trust is commendable in offering free eye treatment to government school children. He observed that the State government is also taking keen interest in the health of the people.
He advised the people to take full advantage of the health schemes of the government. He said that students, who study hard, will have a bright future.
He expressed happiness over the district students occupying top position in the State in SSC examination. He said that students should respect their teachers, not forget their native villages and above all love their country. He called upon the people to take active part in tree plantation drive in the district.
