The Arya Vysya Officials and Professionals Association (AVOPA) of Andhra Pradesh will construct the two buildings, one for pilgrims visiting Tirumala and other for poor students to have education here. The lands were allotted to AVOPA by Panguluru Seethamma Trust located at MR Palli for taking up social service activities.

Speaking on the occasion, Rosaiah said that the two social initiatives and some more proposed in the trust land by various Arya Vysya organisations should function as a model to inspire others to take such service activities for the benefit of the society.

Rosaiah and Venkatesh recalled the efforts made for removing encroachments in the trust land which took more than two decades. Trust secretary and Mahanagar Arya Vysya Sangham (Tirupati) president Gopinath said that the services activities proposed in the trust land were to realise the dreams of late Pangaluru Seethamma, who willed the lands to Arya Vysya community for development. A host of leaders from Arya Vysa community took part in the function.
