Kurnool: District Collector Challa Vijay Mohan instructed the officials concerned to keep tab on the flow of water in Krishna River every day till the completion of Krishna Pushkaralu.On the seventh day of Pushkaralu, the Collector inspected the bathing ghats at Pathalaganga and Lingalagattu on Thursday. Earlier, he examined the dress changing rooms at Lingalagattu and directed officials to make some modifications.

Vijay Mohan has personally tested the water at Mallikarjuna Swamy ghat and ordered the public health officials to clean the polluted water immediately. He further ordered the Deputy Director of the Information and Public Relations to provide media points at Pathalaganga and Lingalagattu for media personnel. He assured of maintaining water-level at bathing ghats till the end of Pushkaralu.
