Sujana, company asked to pay 6.2 crore to Fincity

The 10th Additional Chief Judge of CCC, Hyderabad, directed Sujana Capital Services Limited and Y Suajana Choudhary jointly to pay a sum of 6.20 crore to Fincity Investment Private Limited. The court allowed suit filed by Fincity Investment Private Limited.
The 10th Additional Chief Judge of CCC, Hyderabad, directed Sujana Capital Services Limited and Y Suajana Choudhary jointly to pay a sum of 6.20 crore to Fincity Investment Private Limited. The court allowed suit filed by Fincity Investment Private Limited.
The claim was made based on lending of various amounts by Fincity to Sujana Capital Services limited. When the repayment time came, the cheques were issued by Sujana Capital Services limited in favour of Fincity, but they got bounced. Fincity then moved the civil court for recovery of the said amounts and obtained the present decree.
