Kadiri: The CPI activists and relatives of patients assaulted health department official Rameshnath at the Area Hospital here on Sunday.
Lack of facilities at the Area Hospital has been a major problem faced by the patients here for quite some time.
As part of his routine check-up, Rameshnath arrived at the hospital by a car on Sunday. When he was about to alight from the car, all of a sudden, CPI activists and relatives of patients gathered around him and assaulted him poor management of the hospital here.
