Visakhapatnam: Vice Admiral Bimal Verma, Commander-in-Chief Andaman and Nicobar Command arrived here on a two-day visit to the Eastern Naval Command on Wednesday.
Visakhapatnam: Vice Admiral Bimal Verma, Commander-in-Chief Andaman and Nicobar Command arrived here on a two-day visit to the Eastern Naval Command on Wednesday.
The Admiral is accompanied by his wife Seema Verma, president Defence Wives Welfare Association.
During the visit, the Vice-Admiral reviewed the progress of refit of Andaman and Nicobar Command ships at Visakhapatnam and later interacted with Vice- Admiral HCS Bisht, Flag Officer Commanding-in-Chief of Eastern Naval Command. The Flag officer is scheduled to depart on Thursday.
