Chirala: The army officers from the National Cadet Corps organised a special training camp for the cadets at Chirala Engineering College on Friday. They provided training in the use of arms and weaponry to the cadets for the upcoming NCC B and C certificate tests.

The college secretary and correspondent, Tella Ashok Kumar, said that the NCC provides a unique opportunity to the students to have basic training in the Armed Forces and helps them getting a career in Armed Forces.

He said that the certificates in NCC also help the candidates to get a weightage in the selections for various government jobs and courses in future.
