Speaking to the media in his chamber the commissioner stated that 10 special officers will visit the 50 divisions to resolve civic issues. He pointed out each special officer will visit 5 divisions. Hari Kiran said that the corporation has been trying to resolve civic issues at division level.

The commissioner directed special officers to visit all the corporation schools on next Tuesday and inspect toilets. “I have told them to ensure cleanliness and running water supply in toilets, maintenance of doors and creation of good ambiance in and around toilets,” he added. The municipal engineering wing will take up repair and maintenance works of toilets in schools based on the feedback given by special officers. Earlier, the commissioner received petitions from the people.
