SVIMS Director to teach for Harvard online course
SVIMS Vice-Chancellor cum Director Dr TS Ravikumar has been chosen as one of the global lecturers for Harvard Global Health Institute (HGHI) online course. The HGHI is launching version 2.0 Harvard online course in June 2017 which aims to improve global health and focusing on quality and safe, buoyed with the success of similar online course offered in 2014.
Tirupati: SVIMS Vice-Chancellor cum Director Dr TS Ravikumar has been chosen as one of the global lecturers for Harvard Global Health Institute (HGHI) online course. The HGHI is launching version 2.0 Harvard online course in June 2017 which aims to improve global health and focusing on quality and safe, buoyed with the success of similar online course offered in 2014.
Ravikumar sent his consent letter after receiving a communiqué from HGHI programme manager Abby C Campbell informing him about his selection for the online course.
Campbell observed in the letter that Dr Ravikumar’s contribution will continue to remain as a key piece of the new version of the course. Ravikumar said that it is an honour to be invited again and I deemed it a global duty to be speaker in such a prestigious yet free online course, according to a press release from SVIMS here on Thursday.
All the faculty, doctors, staff and medical students of SVIMS congratulated Ravikumar on his selection as global lecturer for HGHI online course.
