Complete pending works, engineers told
District Collector Satyanarayana directed the engineers of the Water Resources department to complete pending repair works as soon as possible. He inspected Pothireddypadu head regulator repair works and enquired about works going at Srisailam right canal. Satyanarayana questioned the engineers as to why there is delay in the progress of Galeru-Nagari Sujala Sravanthi canal pending works.

Satyanarayana questioned the engineers as to why there is delay in the progress of Galeru-Nagari Sujala Sravanthi canal pending works.
He asked the engineers to take up the irrigation projects work status to the notice of Chief Minister N Chandrababu Naidu. The Collector advised them to strive hard for completion of irrigation projects within stipulated time. Earlier, he inspected Telugu Ganga, SRBC Srisailam right canal and KC escape channel which feeds water to KC Canal. Chief engineer Narayana Reddy and Superintending Engineer Raghava Reddy accompanied him.
