J C Diwakar Reddy case goes to a different bench

Justice C Praveen Kumar of the High Court at Hyderabad has directed the registry to post the writ petition filed by Telugu Desam MP J C Diwakar Reddy before another judge.

When the case came up before the judge on Wednesday, he refused to hear and directed the registry to post it before another judge. Diwakar Reddy was challenging the airlines action of denying him to fly.
