Minister for Mines and Geology RVSK Ranga Rao launched Aarogya Ratham mobile hospital services at Gorada village in GL Puram mandal of Vizianagaram district.

Vizianagaram: Minister for Mines and Geology RVSK Ranga Rao launched Aarogya Ratham mobile hospital services at Gorada village in GL Puram mandal of Vizianagaram district.

Aarogyaratham is a Corporate Social Responsibility initiated by Andhra Pradesh Mineral Development Corporation. Two Aarogyarathams were allotted to Vizianagaram district and they would be used in the Agency areas for providing healthcare to tribal. Health check-up, diagnostic services, emergency medical services, lab tests are available in the mobile hospital. Doctor, nurse, lab technician, pharmacist, data entry operator will be available in the Aarogyaratham.

Later, Sujay, said: “Services provided by the government should reach every village and the negligence of public will not be tolerated. We should minimise the delivery deaths and the employees should work for the public living in remote areas. The health staff should be available for the pregnant women and take care of the health of hostel students too.”

Collector Vivek yadav, MLA B Chiranjeevulu, ITDA PO G Lakshmisa, DMHO Dr Padmaja, APMDC GM KRD Prasada Rao were present.
