The EO reviewed on various developmental activities pertaining to various departments in TTD along with JEO P Bhaskar and other senior officers at the Administrative Building here on Monday.
Due to recent rains, Kapilateertham and Malavadigundem are flowing in full swing from Tirumala Hills, he said. "Come out with a sustainable mechanism to preserve these waters for future purpose", he reiterated.
Later the EO instructed the engineering wing to take into consideration the recommendations made by police department to avoid accidents on Ghat roads. A decision in this regard for laying speed breakers and crash barriers may be taken after the joint inspection by a team of officers comprising JEO, CVSO and SE II", the EO said.
The EO also instructed the engineering wing to complete the pending civil works in Tiruchanoor, Kodandaramalayam, Kapilateertham and Vontimitta temples within stipulated time.
"Archaka Quarters should be constructed in TTD-information centres located at Bhuvaneshwar, Kanyakumari, Kurukshetra and Hyderabad for the sake of Archakas. Proper manpower assessment for FMS related works both at Tirumala and Tirupati should be made by engineering officials and a report is submitted", the EO directed the concerned authorities.
The EO directed the IT wing to complete the Srivari Seva online application at an early date for three-day, four-day and special occasion services apart from the existing seven-day service.
On Parakamani counting, the EO directed the concerned to complete and dispose the accounting of higher denomination foreign currency notes first. "Concerned HoDs have to solve the issues related to the employees lodged in Grievances Cell from time to time", he added.
CE Chandrasekhar Reddy, Additional FACAO Balaji, Additional CVSO Sivakumar Reddy and other officers were also present.
