An upper air cyclonic circulation has been prevailing in Bay of Bengal and entire Odisha coastal area, according to a weather bulletin. Meanwhile, another upper air circulation is presently prevailing in Telangana state and parts of south coastal Andhra Pradesh. Weather scientists said the south west monsoon was more active in the coastal Andhra region.
