Visakhapatnam: Union Minister for Civil Aviation P Ashok Gajapathi Raju said that the young academicians should bring out their research output into books to enable academic institutions to record and preserve them for future references.
The Union Minister released the book “Role of Psychology in Personality Development of HR” authored jointly by Dr Shaik Khadar Baba, organising secretary, All India Minorities Employees Federation and Challa Krishnaveer Abhishek, soft skills trainer and Parveen Baby.
On the occasion, the minister said the skilled employees are need of the hour and human resources play a keyrole in the development of nation. The minister congratulated the young authors for publishing books on issues of importance to the needs of society.
