Vijayawada: Andhra Pradesh Minister Nara Lokesh on Thursday opined that bifurcation of the state was carried out in an unfair and unjust manner. Speaking to media persons here in Guntur, Lokesh said even though the state was burdened with debts the TDP government has made all out efforts in implementing the promises it had made in the election manifesto.
