Kurnool: A 9-year-old badly injured after the mobile phone exploded while he was listening songs with it at RS Pendekal village in Thuggali mandal on Sunday.
According to sources, Komara Janardhan Achary, a resident of RS Pendakal village, was reportedly listening songs downloaded in his mobile phone made of China. According to reports, the mobile phone was exploded in his hand and as a result of sudden explosion, Janardhan Achary had lost three fingers and suffered serious injuries on his stomach.
Upon hearing the screams of Janardhan, his father Komara Bojjanna Achary came to his aid and rushed him to Pathikonda area hospital. After giving primary aid at Pathikonda hospital, Janardhan was shifted to Kurnool general hospital for higher treatment. The condition of Janardhan was out of danger.
