APSRTC services hit due to overflow of streams
The road transport facility to several villages disrupted following overflow of several streams and rivulets due to incessant rains in the last three days in the district on Monday
Guntur : The road transport facility to several villages disrupted following overflow of several streams and rivulets due to incessant rains in the last three days in the district on Monday.
The transportation facility affected to Bellamkonda and Machavaram mandal following overflow of Peeleru stream at Rukmini under Machavaram mandal. Similarly, vehicle movement hit between Tullur-Guntur, Amaravati-Mangalagiri mandals following overflow of Kotellavagu at Pedaparimi.
Similarly, vehicle movement halted to Dodleru village between Piduguralla and Krosuru mandals following road repairs works. Similarly, bus services between Achampet and Krosuru mandals due to overflow of rain water on the road.
APSRTC Guntur regional manager G.Nagendra Prasad said " We have restored bus services to Tullur from Mangalagiri and Guntur after receding rain water. "
