Chittoor: Industries Minister N Amaranatha Reddy underwent a minor surgery at government hospital in Palamaner on Saturday.
Without informing followers, party leaders and officials, the Minister admitted himself in the government hospital for blister surgery.
Hospital Superintendent Dr Veena Kumari and senior Deputy Civil Surgeon Dr Haragopal have performed the operation successfully.
Doctors appreciated the Minister for reposing faith on the medical treatment of the government doctors.
The Minister advised to take rest for three days. His wife Renuka Reddy was present.
