Chittoor: District Collector PS Pradyumna has reviewed various ongoing development works in Kuppam Assembly constituency with departmental heads at the Collectorate here on Monday.
He expressed displeasure over delay in works and warned to take action if they were not completed on or before October 2. The Collector directed officials to conduct grounding mela of various schemes in Kuppam segment with an immediate effect.
Officials were asked to take steps for completion of model burial ground and improving greenery in all villages and towns in the Assembly constituency. He informed officials that the Chief Minister keeps constant watch on the progress of several schemes.
The Collector directed the District Educational Officer (DEO) to fill vidya volunteer posts in government schools. Joint Collector PS Girisha, Joint Collector-2 Chandramouli, ZP CEO Ravi Naidu, DRDA PD Ravi Prakash Reddy, DWMA PD Nagaraja, Chief Minister Personnel Secretary C Manohar and other officials were present.
